We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Monitor patient conditions, record observations, and report any changes to the multidisciplinary team.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately in line with clinical guidelines.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and professional standards.
- Collaborate effectively with doctors, healthcare assistants, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Uphold infection prevention and control protocols at all times.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities.
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid NMC PIN with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
- Previous nursing experience is preferred, ideally within hospital, community, or elderly care settings.
- Strong clinical knowledge and sound decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach.
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.
